"Love this place. Great little motel. I travel for work and typically stay in chain hotels. This place beats them by a mile. Only issue I can see for anyone is the parking is a little tight for large trucks. For reference I've gotten a full size dodge 2500 in the parking so shouldn't be a deal breaker. Super cozy & comfortable room + everything you need like a toaster oven, coffee makes and microwave. As others have mentioned the parking is tight but not too big a deal. Walk to the beach access right across the street. Close to everything, but quiet location."

The check-in process was remarkably smooth, thanks to the keypad door lock, and checkout was just as easy. The room was immaculately clean, a detail we greatly appreciated. It was equipped with all the essentials one could hope for - a comfortable bed that promised a good night's sleep, a microwave for our late-night snack cravings, a small refrigerator to keep our beverages cool, and a full sink. The bathroom was impressive as well, featuring a full bath that was perfect for a relaxing soak or shower after a day of exploring. The working air conditioner was a welcome relief during the hot summer days, keeping our room refreshingly cool and comfortable. The motel's location could not have been more perfect. It was almost directly across from public beach access, which allowed for impromptu beach trips and stunning sunsets. For those who enjoy exploring the culinary scene, the vicinity boasted a variety of restaurants and breweries, many within walking distance, which made it a gastronomical delight! Nature lovers would also find this motel a delight. There are several parks within a 10-minute radius, offering ample opportunities for outdoor activities. A 25-minute drive takes you to the charming town of Manteo, which added to our enriching vacation experience. The motel’s excellent services, coupled with its prime location, made it an ideal choice for our stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay during your vacation, I cannot recommend this motel enough. I look forward to my next visit!"
